End User License Agreement (EULA)

Acceptance
By accessing or using PaloAll Executive Intelligence ("PEI"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement.
License
PEI is a private internal application developed exclusively for PaloAll Tile & Countertops.
Access is granted only to authorized PaloAll personnel and approved QuickBooks Online administrators.
Permitted Use
Users may use the application solely for legitimate PaloAll business purposes, including:

Executive reporting

Financial analysis
-
Business intelligence
-
Operational management
Restrictions
Users may not:

Share login credentials.

Attempt to reverse engineer the application.

Modify or redistribute the application.

Use the application for any unauthorized purpose.
Intellectual Property
PaloAll Executive Intelligence and all related software, documentation, dashboards, and reports are the intellectual property of PaloAll Tile & Countertops.
Disclaimer
The application is provided for internal business use. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, PaloAll does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
PaloAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this internal application.
Changes
PaloAll reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
